I recently completed a new system for generating and processing tile patterns in Substance Designer that I called VersaTile. I created these images to showcase the system.
My first release was focused on parquet patterns, which best showcase the rotated UVs that the nodes generate for aligning a base material to each tile's surface, something that's very important for materials with directional details like wood. These materials were all created using one tileable oak base material that the system arranges into the different pattern layouts.
If you're interested in learning more about the system, I made a Notion site with more in depth information and documentation that you can check out here: https://mt-tools.notion.site/MT-VersaTile-System-52de1ca6682a444188588f1d35029b7d
If you wanted to try before you buy there's a free node, MT VT Octagon Weave, which you can get from the ArtStation Marketplace (https://www.artstation.com/matt-taylor/store?tab=digital_product) or my Gumroad page (https://matt-taylor.gumroad.com/?section=YTCjR7nte6p2z9lg_5KNuw%3D%3D).
